Really stuck to diet over the weekend have managed not to give in to temptation!

Steve has really made me want to keep focus and stick to it. Looking forward to another session tonight.

Feel so much better after just one week! Lots of people phoning me to say they have seen me in the paper. So I know I have to not give in and keep going as lots of people following my progress.

What I ate on Sunday...

Breakfast – Porridge

Dinner – homemade tomato soup (very easy to make and really nice)

Tea – chicken salad, with sweet potato wedges Lots of fruit for snacking inbetween.
