Ouch, ouch, ouch!

The effects of Monday's session have hit me today.

I am so stiff I can hardly walk .. however as the saying goes - no pain no gain!

Great, I have just had a sneaky peak at the lovely piece of editorial that is in Thursday paper! Oh joy, I cant wait for it to be out .. not. And looking at everyone else's measurements, I am coming in as a heavy weight, not arrrr!

I have been working in the Sale office today, it was a real battle as there was a plate of yummy flap jacks up for grabs, it was so hard not to take one, I even walked to my desk, went back to the plate and sat down again, the temptation was torture.

However, I fought it off and went on my way to PB. The motorway was horrendous tonight, which made me late for the first session, however, Dawn and Dave was already working away.

The session was very hard but achievable, based on five main exercises .. Up and Downs, leg raises, toe touches, supermans and kettle bells, 15 of each for 25 minutes, then a 15 to 1 of squats and press ups, however as I was late for the session I only jumped in at number six which was a bonus.

I did really enjoy the session, the hardest exercise for me was the up and downs I think. PB works mainly with your own body weight, which is great as you can do them wherever and whenever you like.
