Gas bills hike

HAVE other Star readers had letters from British Gas recently adjusting monthly payments by an astronomical amount?

They justify the rise by saying how much gas we have used over winter. But most people have had their heating switched on constantly.

It will probably even out in the summer.

British gas are the most expensive you would have to be mad to use them. How annoying that wholesale prices have been low all winter and the British Gas choose to only reduce the price once winter is coming to an end.
