I WENT shopping in Chester with a friend. I expected to find lots of nice little boutiques.
No, the first street we walked down was awash with charity shops.
They have a Poundshop, Poundbakery and Primark.
Don’t get me wrong they did have some nice designer shops and big named high street stores, but it certainly makes you think.
