AS I was dropping my daughter off at school, just before 8.30am on Alder Hey Road, there was an enormous jolt as some buffoon managed to crash into my driver’s side and completely destroyed my wing mirror, leaving the glass smashed and the main part of the wing mirror dangling off the side.
Any person with a scrap of decency would then have parked safely (as I had done) and apologised for what they had done.
But no, the passengers in the back of this vehicle just gawped back at me as the so called driver carried on their way.
They are clearly aware of their actions but obviously haven’t got the morals that the rest of us have.
I only hope they see this and know the inconvenience and stress they have caused, not to mention the cost of them damaging my vehicle, which I’d had for less than a fortnight.
So many of us work so hard, it’s not right that we have to cough up for other mindless people like this.
I’m now off to purchase a dashcam.
