Green bin charge a 'disgrace'
WE were taught at school that the highwayman had all gone but it seems that St Helens have revived them. They are called ‘the council’.
It will be £35 for green bin collection.
What a joke; for 10 months only. What if, like myself, you have trees overhanging gardens? We are left with leaves all winter till collection starts again.
I still have one bin to fill from last year and when you’re 79 it’s not easy going to the tip and this is without lawn mowing.
What a disgrace.
