Use the NHS responsibly
IN St Helens patients waste one million pounds a year on prescribed medicines. This could have provided 166 hip operations.
Many patients failed to keep hospital and GP appointments that could have been given to others.
Surely it is time patients used the NHS responsibly as failing to do so penalises those in need.
