Can dog owners please have consideration?
CAN dog owners please have some consideration for their neighbours when they put their dog or dogs out in the garden?
I am a dog owner and on the odd occasion my dog barks to come back inside I let him in immediately.
I do not leave him outside continuing to bark for up to 45 mins like some inconsiderate others.
