There must be consultation over town centre regeneration
SO St Helens Council has announced plans to explore ways of regenerating the town centre.
It is vital that Healthwatch are allowed to look at the plans before any money is spent, to ensure the needs of the disabled, the elderly and infirm, and those with mental health problems, are not disadvantaged again by officials who think they know best and do not consult.
