ON January 23 at 3.30pm I was walking towards BHS when a gang of about 10 children aged 10 or 11 years left a shop after being ejected by a member of staff.
They proceeded to enter River Island screaming, shrieking and throwing around empty plastic bottles. They went upstairs and the noise was awful.
Nobody challenged them and no security was around.
I told them they were being filmed and the police were being called.
All these children were well cared for but I doubt their parents were aware of their behaviour – maybe they’d like to know where they were at the said time?
