Are you part of this family tree?
I'M writing to inform your readers who have 'Bloors', 'Bloores' or 'Blores' in their family tree of a project which may be of interest to them.
The Blo(o)r(e) Society is The Family History Society for anyone with these names in their ancestry - and 'Blewers' and 'Blowers' too.
We have more than 100 Blo(o)r(e) trees, so it is quite likely that anyone with Blo(o)r(e) ancestors will find them.
We are using Y-chromosome DNA tests to identify which of these trees are linked by a recent common ancestor. We need more volunteers to join the project.
A meeting will be held in Stoke-on-Trent on November 7.
