I HAVE just witnessed after returning from the shops at the top of Chain Lane a man in a very smart 4x4 who, after picking up two children from the park near the community centre, proceeded to dump various empty plastic bottles and rubbish in the middle of the road.
Having asked the man why he had done this, I was met with a hurl of abuse. He said: "What has it got to do with you, do you work for the council (what that has to do with dumping litter, I don't know)?"
When I said I lived in the street, he provided further obscenities and sharply sped away. Does he think this is acceptable to do to a woman in the street as a six foot plus burly male. He was quite aggressive I have to say.
You should be thoroughly ashamed of yourself and what you are teaching your children.
