SURELY residents have rights. BT are refusing to cancel my contract without a fee as we have not had any service for months. I agreed to the contract of service and BT has told me that I can't get out of the contract without paying more than £100. Is this what people in our borough want?

I know I'm not the only other resident with BT issues. This is just terrible, I asked for a refund when they took money from my direct debt when we had no service. Still no refund months later and still no service.

Should be called British Joke.
