Smiling happy hospital staff
I WOULD like to praise St Helens Hospital. This week I attended two appointments at the hospital at two separate departments.
The hospital is bright and clean with smiling staff all happy to help and put you at your ease.
In one department there was a small delay but it was communicated on a screen. There was a TV to watch and they came round offering juice and biscuits. Amazing service.
