Why don't police powers work?
LAST YEAR police set up a zone to deal with troublesome people in town centre. It still exists, yet doesn’t seem to do much at all.
Shops in Bridge Street are also under siege.
One had kids trying to smash his windows, others have kids run in and throw stuff at staff.
