VILLAGERS in Seneley Green will be holding their annual Carnival on Saturday, June 25 at Garswood United AFC, Garswood Road.
The event will begin with a procession (starting at 1pm) to the carnival ground where the Mayor of St Helens will officially open the event at 2pm when the crowning of the Rose Queen will take place.
Community groups are very much involved in running the stalls whilst Seneley Green & Garswood Juniors FC will be running a football tournament, Garswood School of Dance will be putting on a dance display and of course the ever-popular fairground is there to be enjoyed - an afternoon of family fun!
Admission programmes are available to buy throughout the village prior to on the day itself.
