A ST HELENS-born author will be signing copies of his books at Fir Tree Farm in King’s Moss this weekend.
Pete Cropper, a former teacher, will be showcasing From Great Broughton to Great Britain, the biography of former Saints star Peter Gorley, from 9.30am on Saturday.
He will also be signing Bowing Out, his first published novel, which he says appeals to teachers and enthusiasts of the Lake District.
Pete is working on his next book about four rugby league fans whose club has had to leave its ground.
It tells of their memories of watching rugby league and how they are dealing with their loss, with an insight into their attitudes to life.
