Woman convicted of M&S shoplifting offence

A SHOPLIFTER who stole £320 worth of clothing from Marks and Spencer’s store in St Helens has received a community order.

Maureen Anne Carney, aged 42, of Langsdale Street, Liverpool, pleaded guilty to the theft from the store on September 11, when she appeared at St Helens Magistrates’ Court.

She was already serving a community order for another shoplifting offence
