Every penny counts

RESIDENTS inspired by the efforts of volunteers this summer have the chance to take the baton and support Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work.

Every Penny Counts is a series of collections at Tesco stores around the country including St Helens, Newton, Haydock and Prescot.

Cancer Research UK is looking for people from those areas to go down to their local store to help out.

Money raised between Friday, October 26 and Sunday, October 28, will contribute to the £10 million Tesco target. To sign up visit cancer.org.uk/tesco-collections, call 0203 469 5121 or e-mail tesco collections@cancer.org.uk.
