Three taken to hospital after road smash at junction of Cowley Hill Lane and Keswick Road

THREE people were taken to hospital after a taxi and a car were involved in a crash tonight.
The car went on to strike the gable end of a house at the junction of Keswick Road and Cowley Hill Lane following the collision at 6.45pm on Tuesday, September 25.
The 24-year-old woman driver of the car suffered injuries to her neck, face and shock.
Firefighters removed a door of the taxi to free a 74-year-old woman passenger, who was suffering pains in her legs and back.
The driver of the taxi, aged in his 30s, suffered a cut to his nose.
The three casualties were taken to Whiston Hospital by paramedics.
