Plans to flatten derelict Railway Hotel on Scholes Lanes, Thatto Heath

A DERELICT pub that residents have labelled an “eye sore” could finally be knocked down – and replaced by an apartment block.
Proposals to demolish the Railway Hotel on Scholes Lanes, Thatto Heath have been submitted to St Helens Council.
HB Community Solutions wants to place 16 supported living apartments and associated car parking.
