Join in the fun at family fundraising event

AS the summer holidays draw to a close, young people from the National Citizen Service programme supported by the YMCA have come together to organise a family fundraising event to raise money and awareness for Willowbrook Hospice.
Held on Thursday, August 30 from noon to 6pm at the back of St Mary’s Market, there will be live entertainment including music from a selection of local bands, a talented face-painting service and a live animal experience.
There will also be bouncy castle and balloon selling; competitions, such as doughnut and cracker-eating contests and sponge throwing at one of the NCS team members or one your family members.
Whilst your children are entertained, refreshments are available or join in with Zumba taster sessions provided by a qualified instructor.
Raffle tickets will be on sale throughout the day for the chance to win two tickets for the Saints v London Broncos game on Friday, August 31.
The fundraiser is for all ages and is family orientated and all donations help support Willowbrook Hospice.
