Fine for metal crook

A TEENAGER who pleaded guilty to stealing copper piping and lead has been fined and given a community order.

James Anthony Foster, 18, from Hornby Crescent in Clock Face, admitted the theft at a property on nearby Farm Road in June.

He was told to pay compensation of £255 and costs of £85.

I know what a joke. So how is he going to pay this fine - if he has to steal to make money. Like I always say - cull the sub-humans.
