The St Helens Star has teamed up with Farmfoods, the frozen food specialists, to offer our readers the chance to win delicious free food.

One lucky reader will win £250 worth of Farmfoods vouchers, with the second prize being £50 worth.

We are also offering the next 500 entrants a £5 voucher to spend on whatever takes their fancy at any Farmfoods.

There are over 300 stores across the UK, including one at Boundary Road, St Helens.

Whether you prefer to select individual ingredients to create your own dish or to buy ready-made meals that just require heating, frozen food couldn’t be easier.

Most frozen food should be cooked from frozen, apart from raw poultry and joints of meat, and a well stocked freezer means that you can be prepared for any eventuality, whether its the kids’ tea, a surprise visit from friends or if you just haven’t got the time to visit the shops.

At Farmfoods you can choose from hot and spicy dishes in winter to barbecue food in summer, and from simple British fare to foreign cuisine.

You can cook for parties or just for one, provide for children or adults and cater for staple diets or sophisticated special occasions. What could be easier? And it’s all at great prices.

Farmfoods stocks all of the well known brands, so you should find all of your favourites.

Frozen food is highly nutritious too, as all of the goodness and vitamins are frozen in.

Farmfoods’ food is tasty, healthy and convenient, and the prices are brilliantly low.

To enter the competition, simply answer the question below and send your name, address and postcode, with a daytime phone number, to news@sthelensstar.co.uk The closing date is Friday, March 26.
