POLICE are growing increasingly concerned for the safety and welfare of a missing 14-year-old girl. Charlotte Coulthard, went missing from her home in Blackbrook Road, St Helens, on Thursday, January 22, 2009.
She was last seen by staff at a pizza shop on Higher Parr Street, St Helens, on Saturday, January 24.
She is known to visit the Halifax and Bradford areas of West Yorkshire and is described as white, around 5ft 3ins tall, of medium build, with blue eyes and light fair hair.
At the time she went missing she was wearing dark blue denin jeans with a large black belt, a short, black leather jacket and black shoes.
