ST Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust will hold its Annual General Meeting later this month.
The meeting will take place on Friday, September 28, from 12 to 2pm at the Spice of Life Restaurant in St Helens Hospital.
Richard Fraser, chairman of the trust, will open the meeting while Ann Marr, chief executive, will present a formal overview of the trust’s performance during the last financial year.
There will also be an opportunity for guests to visit exhibition stands providing information about the trust’s services.
Full copies of the trust’s final accounts for 2017-18 will be available upon request following the meeting.
There will be an opportunity for members of the public to ask questions from the floor.
Written questions should be sent to the chief executive of the trust no later than Friday, September 14.
