PLANS are requesting permission to convert part of the ground floor of the former Lounge bar on Bridge Street into a hot food takeaway and beauty parlour.
Proposals for the vacant former cabaret bar have been submitted to St Helens Council.
The application says seven full-time jobs and two part-time roles would be created by the transformation.
Plans are on public consultation until Friday, September 7.
