AN ELDERLY man was taken to hospital with cuts after a car crashed into a house, say police.
Emergency services were called to Chain Lane in Blackbrook on late Monday morning after a green Ford Zetec collided with a house.
A police spokeswoman said: "At 11.32am on Monday a vehicle hit the wall of a house.
"An elderly man was taken to hospital. He was in shock and suffered some cuts to an arm.
"The house was checked and it was safe."
