THESE items were seized by police as three men were arrested on suspicion of offences including going equipped for theft and possession of a knife.
Police say they saw a group of men out on bikes at around 3am close to Trebaron Garden Centre on Southworth Road, Newton-le-Willows.
Officers say one suspect tried to ride away but was caught after a short chase, leading to a scuffle in a garden flowerbed while they were detained.
A search of a rucksack by officers led to a lock knife, drugs, and a variety of tools, including pliers being discovered.

A 36-year-old from Golborne and a 28-year-old of no fixed address were arrested on suspicion of going equipped for theft and have been released under investigation.
Duane Roe, 28, of Hurst Street, Leigh has been charged with possession of a controlled drug, namely cannabis, and possession of a bladed article.
He has been remanded into custody to appear at Merseyside Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, September 4.
