Plans have been submitted
PLANS to convert a recreation club in Eccleston Park into apartments have been put forward.
Proposals have been submitted to the council seeking to transform the Eccleston Lane Ends Recreation Club, on St Helens Road.
The plans have been drawn up by Imhotep Design on behalf of applicant Colin Yoxon.
The application states, if successful, there will be four two-bed apartments, with a private driveway and parking to the rear and
gardens to the side of the property.
It states "proposed works will be in keeping with existing building and houses in the immediate surroundings".
Plans are on consultation until Wednesday, August 29.
