Windle Island
ROAD delays have been reported near to the Windle Island works this morning.
Traffic news has said there is "very slow traffic" on A580 East Lancashire Road both ways at Rainford Road in the area of the roadworks, with a lane closure is in place.
Commuters reported being held up this morning.
