ST HELENS has been getting in the mood ahead of England's crunch World Cup semi-final against Croatia.
Gareth Southgate's men take on the Croatians in Moscow this evening in England's first appearance in the last four of the competition since 1990.
Pubs in the town centre have been decorated with England flags and the St George's Cross flag is flying proudly above the town hall.
A lively atmosphere is already building in the town centre ahead of tonight' match, with large crowds expected in pubs and bars.
Police have issued advice for those going out to watch the match as England look to reach their first final since their triumph of 1966.
