Plans for former corner shop granted
PLANS seeking to convert a former corner shop into a two-bedroom home have been approved.
Plans for the premises at 70 Owen Street, Thatto Heath, include the demolition of the existing rear workshop and shed and the erection of a single storey rear extension.
Proposals were given the nod by St Helens Council.
