A MAN accused of indecent exposure on the premises of Whiston Hospital is to appear for trial today.
Barry James Bamber, 48, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty to the charge at Merseyside Magistrates' Court at an earlier hearing in February.
He is charged with committing a public nuisance by indecently exposing himself to a female at a department of Whiston Hospital.
Bamber is accused of committing the offence on Thursday, February 22 this year.
After denying the offence when appearing before magistrates in Liverpool, Bamber was remanded on conditional bail.
He is set to face a trial at the magistrates' court today (Friday).
