A trial is due to take place at Liverpool Magistrates' Court

A 26-YEAR-OLD is due to face trial today over an alleged sexual assault by touching and trespassing.
Aaron McCabe, of Knowsley Road, Eccleston is charged with sexual assault on a woman.
He stands accused of intentionally touching a woman without consent at an address in St Helens on Easter Sunday of this year (April 1).
He is also accused of trespassing at the property with the intention of committing a sexual offence.
McCabe pleaded not guilty to both offences at a hearing at Merseyside Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, April 3.
The trial is scheduled for today at the court.
