A POWER cut affected some residents in Haydock this morning.
Electricity North West dispatched engineers to the area to deal with the issue.
The power cut cut hit the area at 5.25am today (Wednesday) and electricity was lost for about three hours.
A spokesperson for Electricity North West said: “A fault on the network caused the loss of power to 65 customers in Haydock at 5.25am this morning.
“Engineers quickly arrived onsite to fix the fault and all customers were restored by 8.32am.
"We would like to apologise for any inconvenience and thank customers for their support. If any customers need any further information we are on hand 24/7 on the national number 105 or Twitter @ElectricityNW."
