A 22-YEAR-OLD man who admitted to dealing cannabis after £3,000 worth of the drug was seized from his flat has avoided jail.
On November 14, 2017 following public reports, a warrant was executed at a first floor flat at Arrivato Plaza, on Hall Street, in St Helens town centre.
Officers seized a quantity of cannabis, valued between £2,573 and £3,972 along with a phone, packaging and cash at the property.
Brandon David Kenny was arrested on suspicion of possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply contrary to the Misuse of Drugs Act.
On Wednesday Kenny, whose last known address is Arrivato Plaza, pleaded guilty at Liverpool Crown Court.
Kenny received a 12-month suspended sentence, three-month curfew and 150 hours community work.
