THREE care workers have appeared in court accused of neglecting a resident at Lymewood Court Nursing Home in Haydock.
Michael Taylor, 66; Amanda Moulds, 46; and Jonathan King, 62 all appeared at Liverpool Magistrates' Court yesterday (Tuesday, February 27) charged with wilfully neglecting patient Ruth Ferguson between July 5 and July 9, 2017.
The case has been sent to Liverpool Crown Court where the trio are due to next appear on Tuesday, March 27.
Taylor, of Clipsley Lane, Haydock; Moulds, of Bishop Drive, Whiston and King, of Campion Close, Birchwood, Warrington were all granted bail.
