A 22-YEAR-OLD man accused of causing actual bodily harm and inflicting criminal damage to a car on three separate occasions has appeared in court.

Benjamin Thomas Devlin, of Dunmail Avenue, Carr Mill appeared before Liverpool Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (February 20).

Devlin faces charges of assault causing ABH and of assault by beating on an alleged female victim, as well as three counts of causing criminal damage to a car.

The assault by beating charge relates to an alleged incident at an address on Caldy Grove, Blackbrook on Saturday, February 10.

Devlin is also accused of causing damage to the car belonging to the alleged victim on the same day.

Devlin is also accused of causing damage to the vehicle on Recreation Street, Parr on Sunday, February 11 and on Monmouth Grove, Parr on Thursday, February 15.

The alleged ABH attack took place at Ewart Road, Haresfinch on Thursday, February 15.

Devlin has been remanded in custody and is due to appear next before Liverpool Crown Court on Tuesday, March 20.
