PLANS have been put forward to convert a nursery building into a house.
Proposals seek to turn the Wind in the Willows nursery premises on Cross Lane, Newton-le-Willows into a dwelling.
Plans include the re-instalment of a rear boundary wall and gates.
The application is up for public consultation until Monday, March 5.
