A MAN accused of a GBH attack shortly after Christmas has pleaded not guilty at Liverpool Crown Court.
Mark John Bacon, 36, of no fixed address is accused of maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm on Christopher Campbell at an address on Longridge Avenue, Blackbrook.
The alleged assault is claimed to have taken place on Wednesday, December 27.
Bacon was remanded into custody after an initial appearance at Liverpool Magistrates' Court in January.
He appeared before Liverpool Crown Court on Wednesday morning (February 7) and denied the offence in a plea and trial preparation hearing.
Bacon will face trial on the week of Monday, June 25 and has been remanded in custody.
