WHAT better way to start off the year than by saluting NHS heroes with the annual St Helens Star People’s Choice Award.
This gives our readers the opportunity to reward the hard work and dedication of staff at St Helens and Whiston Hospital.
This is done by nominating an individual or team who in your opinion went the extra mile for you or your family.
This year’s winner will be honoured at the St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Annual Staff Awards Ceremony 2018, at the Liverpool Arena in April.
The event is at no cost to the NHS.
The closing date for nominations is Tuesday, January 30.
To vote for your winner of the St Helens Star People’s Choice Award, chosen by Star readers, just write in with the answers to the questions below and return it to the address provided.
To nominate someone please include: their name, their ward or department, the reason you wish to nominate them, your name and a daytime telephone number.
