A 26-YEAR-OLD drug driver who had cocaine in his system while behind the wheel has been disqualified from the road for three years.
Matthius Hardman, of Harlow Close, Thatto Heath, appeared before Liverpool Magistrates' Court on Friday, December 29.
He was convicted of driving with cocaine in his blood and a proportion of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine.
Hardman was caught driving on College Street in the town centre with the drugs in his system on Saturday, October 21 last year.
He was given a community order until February 8 with a six-week electronic curfew and also fined £85 and made to pay an £85 victim surcharge.
Hardman was also disqualified from driving for three years.
