A 56-YEAR-OLD man who has been charged with manslaughter after the death of a man following an alleged town centre assault will appear in court again next month.
Terry Maguire, of Woolton Road, Woolton, Liverpool appeared before Liverpool Magistrates' Court on Tuesday last week (January 9).
Maguire was charged with manslaughter after a 60-year-old man, from Liverpool, died three days after apparently suffering a single punch outside the A to B taxi rank on Baldwin Street in the early hours of Saturday, December 2, 2017.
He was granted unconditional bail and is due to appear before Liverpool Crown Court on Tuesday, February 6.
