ROAD closures are set to remain overnight due to flooding.
Several cars were left stranded by on College Street this morning after heavy rain led to the water from the brook overflowing at Gerard’s bridge.
Motorists are being forced to take diversions because of the road closure, which has been causing delays.
Islands Brow is also closed at the railway bridge near Ewart Road.
