FIREFIGHTERS spent 40 minutes tackling a fire at a derelict property in Haydock.
Two fire engines were were called to the blaze at the building on Clipsley Lane.
Crews used a high pressure hose reel jet to extinguish the fire, which spread across the ground floor and first floor of the building.
Firefighters arrived at the scene shortly after 1.20pm on Monday (November 20).
The property was damaged by fire and smoke. No-one was injured by the fire.
