THE former Vincent's ice cream factory is to be bulldozed and be replaced with three terraced houses.
Plans to replace the former Vincent's premises on Crowther Street have been approved by St Helens Council.
A previous planning application to demolish the former ice cream factory for terraced homes had been submitted in May but plans were later withdrawn before fresh proposals were received in September.
