CHRISTMAS begins tomorrow in St Helens Town Centre when the lights will be switched on, with a main event in Victoria Square.

The switch-on takes place from 4pm to 7pm on Saturday, November 18.
WHERE IS THE EVENT?
Outside St Helens Town Hall in Victoria Square.
WHO IS THE STAR?
Nineties boyband 5ive, known for tracks such as Keep on Movin’, When the Lights Go Out and If Ya Gettin’ Down, will be headlining the festive extravaganza.
WHO ELSE CAN YOU SEE?
They will be joined by Over the Rainbow singing competition winners Broad Oak Primary School, acoustic guitarist Matty Lamb and the Choir With No Name.
X Factor's Alisah Bonaobra, who was voted off the show last week, will also be performing.
WHO ARE THE SPECIAL GUESTS?
The event will be compered by Radio City 96.7.
Saints players, 11-year-old Pride of Britain and Pride of St Helens winner George Mathias, who has made the news for his charity work for Alder Hey, and Chris Lamb, founder of the nationally-recognised Chocolate Orange Challenge will also speak on the stage
