Tom van Vollenhoven
SAINTS have announced that there will be a special celebration of the life of legendary wingman Tom van Vollenhoven at St Helens Parish Church in Church Square on Thursday, November 9 at 7pm.
The Flying Springbok, who thrilled Saints fans in a playing career spanning 1957-68, passed away in his native South Africa a fortnight ago.
All are welcome to the service.
