Woman charged with fraud accused of stealing chequebook and cash from man, 95, to face trial
A WOMAN charged with fraud by false representation after reports a chequebook and cash were stolen to make payments from a 95-year-old man from Thatto Heath will face trial.
Caroline Fyfield, 58, of Linden Avenue, Orrell, has pleaded not guilty to the offence.
She will next appear for trial on Wednesday, November 22 at Bolton Crown Court.
